Another Inspiration Pass visit today to Bloedel Conservatory in Queen Elizabeth Park.
The Conservatory is a tropical biodome housing plants, fish and beautiful, brightly-coloured birds.

We’ve been twice before with my daughter so I knew she’d enjoy seeing the birds. And this time she was with her best friend!

Bloedel Conservatory is a wonderful place to visit with younger children. It’s fairly small, so isn’t a massive undertaking (except for us, because it takes over an hour to get there on public transport…); it’s not too expensive even without the Inspiration Pass, and under-fives are free anyway; and the path is a loop so even if they run off they can’t go far! Being in the middle of Queen Elizabeth Park also means that there’s plenty of space for picnics and letting the children run around and burn off some energy.
If you’re in the area and looking for something to do on a cold or rainy day, it’s definitely worth popping in.
