This afternoon we walked to the town park and back (it's about 5 miles) to make the most of the beautiful spring weather that appeared from nowhere!
All the work my daughter has done this half term. And we didn't do quite a lot of it. I'm very proud of how hard she's worked. She often doesn't want to, but we normally get something done in the day.
The @the_playful_den does great stories. I reckon she'd make an excellent secondaries school teacher. She encourages you, let's you acknowledge things are hard or not exactly as you'd like, but pushes you to make a plan to get the optimal result for you and your family instead of just giving up and reaching for the gin.
This face! 🤣 This week we’ve been introducing the children to games. We don’t have many but jenga went down a treat! And swipe for superman.
As I went on a bit about my eldest yesterday, today it’s the turn of number 2.
There was a little girl, who had a little curl, right in the middle of her forehead. And when she was good, she was very, very good. And when she was bad, she was horrid.
